IMPORTANT PAINTINGS - JULY 29 (ENTRIES INVITED)
Consignments are invited through the month of June for our mid year sale of Important Paintings and Contemporary Art to be held on July 29th. Among the early highlights is this superb mature painting from Gordon Walters' Koru series, entitled Tirangi II (1979). In beautiful, original condition it will be offered with an estimate of $200 000 - $300 000. It comes from a private Auckland collection and was last seen publicly in an exhibition at Peter McLeavey Gallery in 1980.
